SAUDI SOCIETY OF FAMILY AND COMMUNITY MEDICINE

The Saudi Society of Family and Community Medicine (SSFCM) was established under the auspices of King Faisal University in 1991.

Objectives of the Societv

The main goal of the Society is promotion of Family and Community Medicine and Primary Health Care services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia throu gh the following sub-objectives:

1-Participation in improving Knowledge, atittudes and practice of primary health care works.

2-Sharing in development of Family and Community Health Services.

3-Cooperation and collaboration of ideas and expertise between family and community health workes.

4-Exchanging scientific works in the field of Family and Community Medicine between organizations and establishments inside and outside the kingdom.

5-Promotion of Public Health education.
